HOW DO I PROTECT

MY MENTAL HEALTH?
DOING EXERCISES AFTER CLASS
I always do jogging every after class at 4:30pm for releasing stress
and hassle in academics and also to keep myself physically stable as

well. Taking care of our physical health is also connected to our
mental health.

MEDITATION TO FIND INNER PEACE

In the seminary we always meditate every morning to reflect from the past
days, present day, and the upcoming days. I use this as an opportunity to get
away from the struggles and problems in my mind and in order to find inner
#2
peace and quietness.

PLAYING MUSIC FOR FUN

#3
Playing the piano every free time is my hobby. Listening to music
releases the tensions in my mind because of the soft remedy and
melody of the sound.

SOCIALIZING FOR BOND

Socializing is one of the best tips I do and I recommend for protecting
mental health because my nurse sister said that it is the good key for
being mentally stable. Like, sharing your day to people, giving opinions,
gaining better relationships, etc that may help our mental state well.
#4
DRINKING WATER AS A HABIT
Drinking water refreshes our minds and brain function as it cleanses not

#5 just our body but also our brain function. I keep this as a habit every
before and after classes in order to concentrate and focus on the lessons
being discussed. Keeping myself hydrated may help me to improve and
become faster in decision-making.
