Seatwork 3.

If I would be the HR manager of this auditing firm, I will communicate the change to the employees to
avoid dissatisfaction by means of having a general assembly or meeting to all of them. I will discuss or
the HR department will discuss all the details about the Change Management Plan. All the details will be
presented (reason, come up solution, actions, giving the employees assurance, and many more). I will
gather them by department so that I will know if there are unsatisfied ones or having a violent reaction
towards that. I will also encourage them to give their opinion about the plan and if there are any ideas,
they are free to speak. In that way, the Change Management Plan will be more effective and
cooperative. It will avoid the employee dissatisfaction because of having a good communication where
the employees have a clear understanding towards re-structure.
