Load Test
The Forklift was tested by 23000 KG (which is 115% of Safe Working Load) with lifting & lowering at a certain height and

detain under load for 15 minutes, which was found satisfactory at the time of inspection.

Results: Accepted

Conclusion & Recommendations: Recommended for further use &

1. Always a valid Fire Extinguisher need to be kept for emergency implementation.
2. No manufacturer’s documents were present. All manufacturers’ documents to be
collected for proper operation & maintenance as per their instructions.

NOTE: TUV Austria shall not be responsible if any Alternation repair work carried
out after final Inspection (Required Re-Certification).
