Assignment 2
they generally agree that education can be obtained inside and outside school, they
believe that the primary sources of knowledge are the schools. Thus, building a strong
foundation when it comes to education the government always there to set a law to
make it effective for everyone. Today, we are facing a lot of obstacles to overcome
especially in the present situation when it comes to our education. Lack of supplies,
materials, teachers, and the like are the current problems of Philippine education. But
why does this happen? According to the Batas Pambansa Blg. 232 (which is also
known as the Education Act of 1982), the government aims to achieve and maintain an
accelerating rate of economic development and social progress;to ensure the maximum
participation of all the people in the attainment and enjoyment of the benefits of such

untidy, no area for the teacher’s things nor for the books and other things of the
students. I am saddened to see such scenario but it is the reality that we are facing
right now. The Local and National Government are providing funds for the improvement
and rehabilitation of schools but sometimes, it is not enough due to various factors like
the overflowing number of students and the generated income of the city or area in
which the public school is situated. Despite that situation, with BP 232, our government
