RESPONSIBILITIES · Plan and preparation of layout and excavation as per drawings.

· Stub setting and levelling of tower legs w.r.t Centre Peg.
· Perform test on concrete and aggregate tests during concrete works.
· Checking, monitoring and supervision of concrete works.
· Making responsible contacts with professional engineering personal and
contractors
Responsibilities at Tower Erection:
· Plan of materials, orders and tower delivery at site.
· Plan, organize and supervision during tower erection.
· Implementation and interpretation of erection drawings at site.
· Monitor and responsible for tower erection assembly and erection performance.
· Promote and drive safe working practices.
· Supervision and monitoring during torque inspection and punching.
· Supervision and Inspection of Welding and Paint after tower erection.

Responsibilities at Stringing:
· Make the plans of pulling according to requirements.
· Inspection of Mid Span joints and Dead End joints of Conductor.
· Managing the Sag Calculations and inspections.
· Checking of Spacers, Dampers and Insulators.
· Controlling the site expenses and managing the team of Foreman.
