A. What is meant by and educational system that is
more form than substance?
- Educational system must be a system of learning strategies
derived from various learning theories. It is created through
intensive research on the learning styles, learning skill, various
intellect, effective learning environment and the like to promote
holistic development.

B. Do you agree that the philippine education


system is more from than substance?
- If the philippine education is more form than the substance,
why is it more filipinos employed all over the world. Most nurses
and technical workers in all over the world were filipinos. The
emphasis of most filipino parents to their children is “
EDUCATION” not on physical labor.

PRE-ACTIVITY:
- The quotation above says that no matter what! I am a
teacher. I don’t need money to teach children my message with
this is, yes if you trully are teacher. Money don’t buy teaching of
students and money don’t buy happiness if you are trully happy
what are you doing.

POST ACTIVITY:
 DIGNITY
- Article 3 section 3 says every teacher shall merit reasonable
social recognition for which purpose he shall believe with honor
and dignity at all times.

 RESPONSIBILITY
- Article 3 section 5say every teacher shall help the schools
keep the people in the community inform about the schools work
and accomplisments aas well as its needs and problems

 FAIRNESS
- Article 3 section 7 states “ every teacher shall maintain
harmonies an pleasant personal and official realation with other
professionals with government officials and with the people
individually”.

POST ACTIVITY:
L- Leading by example. He serve first as an example to
enable others to act.
E- Engaged. He fully engaged everbody in decision-
making in a way of consensus.
A- Adaptive. He adapt their leadership style to the
situation of members in the organization.
D- Democratic. He invites participation of every
members in the organization.
E- Ethical. He nurtures the ethical and moral practices of
an individual
R- Responsible. He is able and willing to take
responsibility for task.
