About the Role

We have an excellent opportunity for a high-potential, energetic and articulate team player to join
our ASEAN team – one of the top fastest growth businesses in the region.
The Lead Development Representative is responsible for supporting in demand generation and
inflow growth efforts, while acting as the link between customers, marketing and sales teams. You
will work with a fast-moving and dynamic team, doing proactive outbound prospecting, following up
on inbound activity from field marketing campaigns and ensuring an overall smooth lead
management process.
This position will have a direct impact on our success by providing qualifying prospects from lead
status into the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities:

 Work closely with sales and marketing teams to generate leads/opportunities/appointments


through a variety of integrated strategic tactics
 Handle initial contact with new prospects and build relationships through outbound prospecting and
marketing activity – digital and social media, events, campaigns, queries, email, webinars etc –
ultimately converting these to sales qualified opportunities
 Support field marketing teams to build a stronger lead database through profiling, researching and
data analysis
 Qualify leads and move them down the demand generation funnel through brand education and
persuasion
 Use strong selling and influencing skills to set up qualified opportunities
 Drive marketing activities (e.g. webinar, events) enduser registration and attendance numbers 
 Consistent use of sales approach and techniques based on product or service solutions
 Log, track and maintains prospect/customer contact and contact records
 Working closely with inside sales and sales attend sales meetings, occasional vendor training, host at
local trade shows
Skills and Competencies:
 Proven success in doing business development, prospecting calls and juggling multiple projects in a
high growth environment with evolving priorities
 Comfortable thriving in a KPI-driven (high volume) setting through phone/consulting sales, while also
navigating operational and administrative tasks
 Knowledge and understanding of technology sales, IT workflow systems and customer business
process improvement
 Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and preferably another ASEAN language
 Able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels and cross-function of the organisation
 Strong PC skills required, including use of standard MS Office applications; knowledge of Salesforce a
plus.
 Ability to manage time effectively, work independently and be self-motivated
