FOOD

Our health is very important. The old statement: „ An apple a day, keeps the doctor away” is true and says that if people eat good food they
are healthy.
Good food is not always tasty food, but it is healthy. Fruits like: melons, pineapples ,pears, quinces, peaches, oranges, bananas, grapes and
vegetables like: eggplants, celeries, spinach, carrots, tomatoes, potatoes, cucumbers are good for our bodies. Also dairy products are healthy.
Instead of eating these products, people prefer unhealthy things.
Especially children love to eat junk food, like: hamburgers, cheeseburgers, pizza, French Fries, sweets or chips. Parents must be careful with
their youngsters’ diet. Fast-food is not good.
