 Excel is a spreadsheet tool that many businesses use to make reports and manage their
finances. It's also used to make interactive graphs and reports.

b. Answer the following questions:

1. How will you safely use the computer when you are online?
 For me, handling with care and not overusing it because it will overheat if used
excessively, and not visiting many websites to avoid viruses

2. What was the most difficult part in conducting an online survey?

 When there is no gadget to use specially no internet connection.

3. How can an electronic spreadsheet help an entrepreneur run a business?

 Electronic spreadsheet software services and manages by lowering the effort required for
routine accounting procedures. Formulas immediately compute various totals as you type the
data into the spreadsheet.

4. What did you like about your online collaboration activity? Explain
 When my studies easier.

5. Which do you prefer, slide presentation or movie maker?

 Slide presentation because, first and mainly, I enjoy creating such a creative activity,
especially when I'm putting some arts and different animation ideas together.
