 Overheating of transformers shall
not be allowed.
 All cable joints should be very rigidly
made properly and insulated to
avoid cables getting heated up or
producing sparks causing fires.
 Suitable fire extinguishers should be
provided near the workplace.
 For reducing the effect of radiant
heat and hot flux suitable fire
resistant apron, sleeves, leg guards,
glove etc. should be used.
 Welder should use scratch proof
goggles always to avoid getting
burns while chipping, cleaning etc.
