As you are doing parts of the Confidential projects (such as DMP/CRP etc), you understand that it’s a big
responsibility and demands full accountability from you to build or maintain the Project/structure/Code asked by
the company ethically, legally, and efficiently, while keeping total confidentiality. As part of this responsibility you
agree and undertake the following responsibilities:-

Project Build up: You will ensure you build our projects as modern, efficient, fast, secured, mobile-ready, using
your design, Project/structure/Code, templates, skills, talent, and IP, and do not copy or steal from others. You
won’t use, share or give our existing Project/structure/Code/template or the Project/structure/Code/ template you
develop for us to anyone else outside Techokids or inside TechoKids except the founders, Directors, or CEO of
this company

Confidentiality Clause: You will keep our Project/structure/Code, database, dashboard, employee, & customer
data, and all collected information confidential. As we have given you or will give you our passwords, you will
take all necessary steps to keep the log-in and password confidential and protected which means you won’t
share it with anyone else without any of the company director’s approval. Project/structure/Code ownership: You
clearly understand and agree that anything you create, contribute or collaborate (examples: hardware, software,
Project/structure/Code, templates, designs, schema, architecture, websites, collaterals, curriculums, lesson
plans, customer data, contact lists, marketing brochures, and business plans, etc) during your work with the
company will be considered the property of the company and you will have no ownership claims on such direct
or derivative work.

Indemnity Clause: You will not do anything unethical or illegal or anything which can spoil or damage our image
and reputation. You also indemnify the company and its directors against any of your actions which result in such
an incident.

Ethics Clause: You will follow all the general rules of ethics which go with such responsibilities, which include
not looking into any employee or customers' confidential data or sharing, selling such information.
Project/structure/Code efficiency clause: You agree to be Project/structure/Code you write for us as defined by
your manager. This includes keeping the data and project updated with features providing an efficient user
experience. You will make sure the sites are fast, secured, mobile-ready.

No spamming clause: As you will be having access to our project/website/frontend/ backend/our social media
portals, complete database, and email addresses. You agree not to use our website for any kind of spamming or
any self-social media campaigns or loading any bots for ad companies.
Exit clause/ Termination. In case you’re this responsibility or if your job is terminated by us, you will continue to
maintain confidentiality and you will leave all confidential website access, log-in, website Project/structure/Code,
database, competition engine, and related information with the company CEO, Founder and Directors and will
ensure a smooth transfer of responsibility to the new person or company. You won’t do anything knowingly or
unknowingly to disrupt our website while leaving or in the future.

By signing Below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood and agreed to all the
above terms of this contract.
