"You are Beautiful"

by Calev Concepcion

Beauty has evolved and changed throughout history. Everyone has a

different view when it comes to beauty! And if I would be asked if what is
Beauty? Well, beauty is just a manifestation of the outer appearance of an
individual and I believe every individual possesses beauty in different ways.
This speech of mine is entitled "you are beautiful" and this is for those
people who think that they are not enough because of how they look. Beauty
starts with you; it starts from accepting yourself from the tiniest impurities
to the most noticeable imperfections.

In general, beauty defines health and youth, as well as the genetic

makeup programmed to be worshiped by many, as well as tall, slender
bodies and white skin. People have this idea that beauty is all about
appearance and the image that attracts a lot of attention in society. In the
worst-case scenarios, people tend to think that the better you look, the
better your social interaction. And these types of stereotypes continue to
standardize beauty and influence people to deviate from the beauty of
nature. And it also affects the self-esteem of some people who find it
worthless to be called beautiful. Cosmetic surgery can change your
perspective just to relieve anxiety.

Ladies and gentlemen, we are all human beings. And the fact that we
are alone is a wonderful perspective that we are beautiful! We are all a
product of God's greatness, and this is a living testimony that we are all very
beautiful and that we are all the same no matter how we look at the
differences from different aspects. This era is undoubtedly a new era of
enlightenment. So now is the right time to question the standards of our
society and correct our wrong thinking! And we have the beauty that hasn't
been developed yet, so I highly recommend that everyone look for beauty on
their own!

This speech of mine is for those people who always deprecate, criticize
themselves, and for those people who think they are not enough because of
how they look. Beauty is not necessary to be appreciated by other people
because it can be formed within one’s self. Beauty starts with you, beauty
starts within ourselves, beauty starts from loving and accepting ourselves,
from loving and accepting our tiniest impurities to the most noticeable
imperfections.
