EOP (Emergency Operating Procedure)

In case of Alarm in Panel:

Step 1 : Press Silence button once (Button No.
1) Step 2 : Enter Password: 1234
Step 3 : Press Enter
Step 4 : Press Ack button once (Button No.
3) Step 5 : Enter Password: 1234
Step 6 : Press Enter

In case of Emergency :

□ If Fire is detected and if the system is operated automatically, do not attempt to stop the
system In any case. Let the wet chemical agent cylinder suppress the fire completely.

□ After Activation of system do regular water cleanup for the entire hood.

□ Do not use the food being cooked on which the wet chemical is sprayed.

□ Incase if fire is noticed and system is not getting activated and fire is uncontrollable then
use Manual Release station for releasing the wet chemical agent.

□ During Emergency if temperature is rising instantly which can be seen on the

temperature controller, then immediately switch off the electrical supply to the hoods.

□ During discharge or during fire vacate the area immediately and let the system operate
automatically.
