CIRCULAR

Sub : Plan to complete the academic activities of final year students UG/PG (AY
2021-22)

The 8th meeting of the Syndicate Standing Committee on Academics and Research
convened on 27.09.2021 discussed the academic action plan for all final year
programmes (AY 2021-22) with the objective of completing their course (programme)
within the stipulated period. Accordingly, the following academic plan ( refer attachment)
has been developed. The committee recommended to circulate the plan to all the affiliated
colleges to help the students, staff and faculty members to plan their activities for the
current academic year.

The detailed schedule of examinations, dates for completing the evaluation and declaring
the results will be published by Controller of Examinations.

The students, staff and the faculty members of all affiliated colleges are requested to
cooperate with this plan so as to complete all academic activities as scheduled.

*S9 B.Arch: Additional classes may be arranged before 17 Dec 2021 to compensate for 2 more working days.
**S7 BHMCT: Additional classes/sessions may be arranged before 26 Nov 2021 for completing the required working
hours. This arrangement is made based on the request from the college to ensure their mandatory internship during
S8. The opportunity for their internship starts from December.

Notes :

1. Classes during Saturdays can be conducted in online mode/offline mode/blended mode.

2. The scheduling and internal evaluation of project work/thesis work/practical training etc. for all final semesters
can be done well before the last working day by the respective Institutions.
3. Each department may arrange extra practical classes of lower semesters for students that are missed due to
online course delivery.
4. B.Tech S7 Regular examination and S5 supplementary examination will be conducted from 24 Jan to 25 Feb
2022.
5. B.Tech S7 and S6 supplementary examinations will be conducted from 15 May to 14 Jun 2022.
6. B.Tech S8 regular examination will be conducted from 15 Jun to 25 Jun 2022.
7. B.Tech S7 Honours examination will be conducted along with the S7 regular examination.
8. B.Tech S8 Honours examination will be conducted on 10th Jun 2022.
9. Internship for S3 M.Arch/M.Plan will be from 1st to 29th Mar 2022.
