Ltd. on the rolls of Personal forum Staffing Solution PVT LTD. Bhopal (M.P.) and I Look after
the AMC and upgrade business of Servers Desktops Laptops Printers and other IT related
Hardware and software at Wipro InfoTech Bhopal.
Job responsibility:
• Follow up with the Existing Warranty customer for the conversion of Annual Maintenance
Contract after the Expiry of Warranty.
• Follow up with the Existing Annual Maintenance Contract Customer for the renewal of
same after the Expiry Annual Maintenance Contract.
• Coordination with Support Engineers Team for calls logged in the system
• Assign Engineer for the Customer calls
• Closing the calls with in the SLA
• Follow up with the Logistics team for the Spare related calls.
