• Civil Quantity Surveying/ Estimation:

Quantity take-off base on approved drawings, specifications, and contracts for claims and procurement.
Prepare contract agreements and purchase orders. Prepare correspondence and reports. Coordinate with
prospect suppliers and sub-contractors. Check the claims of sub-contractors and suppliers. Mark subjects for
variation orders. Check discrepancies between architecture and structural drawing. Visit site for actual
measurement of accomplishment. Monitor monthly accomplishment and material loss.

• Logistics and Warehousing:

Have the knowledge in the management of receiving and loading of materials and equipment inside the port.
Control the incoming and outgoing materials. Manage loading and transport of materials. Assist in material
procurement.

• Computers and Administration:

Good knowledge in Auto CAD for the interpretation of drawings using a computer and for the preparation
of hard copy needed on site and for the preparation of as built drawings. Good in MS EXCEL and MS
WORD for the preparation of paper formats, formal report, and correspondence letters. Good knowledge in
filing of hard copy of documents and composition of correspondence.

• Civil Site Supervision:

Supervise the flow of work with quality and quantity based on approved drawings and specifications. Study
drawings and situation prior to the next work to do. Practice SAFETY FIRST precaution on site. Coordinate
to my superior, quality inspector, client’s representative, and sub-contractor for good production and best
accomplishment of work. List and points out punch lists to sub-contractors. Maximize use of materials and

• Quality Control:
Tests concrete during concrete pouring and compression testing of concrete as per project specification.
Sieve test of sand. Physical check and test of aggregates and civil materials.
