With reference to the above subject, in the above reffered letter Mr.Shivaram herein
registered a complaint application stating that he is a member of Rs.50,00,000/- in
your company, and this chit has been already closed in the month of November –
2020, even after completed chit the company has not giving money to Mr.Shivaram,
because he’s guaranteed suit filed chit member Mr.Chandrakumar has been
Deceased.

Enclosing the complaint copy with this letter, Herein directed u to refund the amount
to Mr.Shivaram, which he paid in his chit, as he already paid all installments in his
chit, when the matter is already pending before the court, and further directed u to
submit the written statement within 15 Days.

Sub:- Frouded in the business of Margadarsi chits fund, Hassan Branch.

With reference to the above subjet, I Mr.Shivaram S/o Ramegowda, doing business
in the above firm, herein respectfully informing you that, I have subscribed to the
Rs.50,00,000/- chit in the month of August 2016 at M/s Margadarsi chits (Kar)
private ltd, No.1874, 1st floor, city point complex, B.M.road, Hassan for the period of
50 Months, i have paid all the installments regulary without fail, Last installment (50)
November -2020 already finished. M/s Margadarsi chits, Hassan Branch, not yet paid
Rs.50,00,000/- to me, even after i pay all installments. When i asked them for
payment, they are giving unnessary reasons and intentionally they are frauding with
me.

Further, Mr.Chandrakumar, who is a freind of me is a member of two Rs.50,00,000/-

chits at M/s Margadarsi chit fund, Hassan. But unfartunately he has deceased on
24/02/2020 due to heart atack, i and my other friends are signed as a guarantors to
Mr.Chandrakumar. Hence the chit fund has issued a notice to me, when i went to
enqury at Margadarsi Chits Hassan office, they told me that, they have withhold the
amount of Rs.5000,000/- because i am a surety to Mr.Chandrakumar. But their is no
relationship with my Rs.50,00,000/- chit and surety with my freinds chits. But they
have also filed execution petition against my properties which i have given at the
time of surety to my chits. Now the matter is pending before the court, with this
reasons they are not paying Rs.50,00,000/- to me which i have already paid in my
chits.

Hence I hereby requesting you sir, kindly verify and issue directions to M/s
Margadarsi chit fund to refund the amount of Rs.50,00,000/- which i have already
paid with interest as fixed by M/s Margadarsi chits fund. And this Margadarsi chits
fund already frauded with many subscribers like this. Hence I hereby requesting you
sir, kindly take Legal Auction against this company and give justice for me.
