Position: Network and Tech support Admin

Roles and Responsibilities

 Responsible for day-to-day operation to ensure that the network and the infrastructure are up
& running and as a whole provides a high degree of reliability and availability.
 Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of various Cisco routers.
 Installation and updating of Operating System and Application Software's.
 Installing & Configuring TCP/IP
 Managing the installation and implementation of IT equipment’s viz PC, Printer, Laptop,
Scanner etc.
 Direct all aspects of daily operations (installation, configuration, testing hardware /software,
upgrades, system and application preventive maintenance tasks) to individuals.
 Installation, Administration & Updating Antivirus Server & Clients.
 Creating user accounts & assigning security rights. Creating & managing groups.
 Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of various Cisco routers.
 Configuration of local and network printers for end-users.

 Create and maintain documents and operation procedures, forms, checklist, work instruction
etc.. With version control.
 Responsible for the physical security of the Data Centre in head office and disaster recovery
site.
 Run daily batch jobs if needed under the supervision and guidance from the system &
database Administrators.
 Produce operation work instructions for all operation tasks performed.
 Assist 2nd line support engineers during maintenance on the servers in the data center and
disaster recovery center.
 Monitor files systems spaces in critical servers.
 Run customer billing related processes, such as rental process and billing process under the
supervision of TABS Application Engineers.
 Handle service desk and be the single point of contact for all incidents, problems occurring
outside the working hours.
