CONSENT FOR RELEASE OF INFORMATION

The purpose of this letter is to explicitly inform you and to obtain your prescribed
voluntary consent to release to ComfortDelGro Corporation Ltd and its subsidiaries
(the Group), all personal information about you collected, compiled or retained by the
Group during the course of the recruitment process.

The information will be released to the Group to conduct searches and verifications
on your background information, which may include employment references, civil and
criminal records, directorship information, directorship disqualification information,
credit records, driver’s license offense records, driver’s license verification,
education, credential verification, and any other reasonable background information
deemed necessary by the Group for the evaluative purpose of your employment
within the Group.

You hereby authorize the Group to contact various government agencies, any and all
corporations, employers (Present / Previous / Both Present and Previous / None),
educational institutes, consumer credit information agencies, law enforcement
agencies and other data intermediaries (the Contributors) as a relevant party acting
on your behalf for the evaluative purpose of your employment within the Group. This
letter releases the Contributors from any liability and responsibility for releasing the
collected personal data to the Group. If required the Group reserves the right to
release this letter as a form of consent to the Contributors for necessary purposes of
verification of consent.

The information gathered shall be the property of the Group for a period of 7 years
for audit and evaluative purposes after leaving the Group.

This form may be revised from time to time without notice and upon the Group’s
discretion to maintain compliance with Personal Data Protection Act, new consent
will be requested from you for any additional reasonable purpose deemed necessary
by the Group in compliance with all obligations drawn up by the Personal Data
Protection Commission. Any request for the collated information within the first 60
days after signing this letter must be made in form of writing and addressed directly
to the Group.

In signing this letter, you confirm your voluntary consent to the Group to collect any
necessary and reasonable information for the evaluative purpose of your
employment within the Group. Your consent shall remain valid until it is withdrawn by
you with written notice.
