A. REFERENCE SERVICES – Answering of reference questions

from library users in the reference desk through reference

interview

B. CLIENT EDUCATION – Current Awareness through the use of

Bulletin Board

C. ROVING REFERENCE – Enabling the users to talk with the

librarian who do not approach the reference desk

D. READY-REFERENCE SERVICES– Answering ready-reference

questions (on-the-spot question) being asked by library users

E. MAXIMUM MODEL OF REFERENCE SERVICES – The

Librarian finds the answer and delivers it to the patron if a patron

asks a librarian for information.
