Passengers traveling to the airport must show up max. 30 minutes from the agreed pick up time. Otherwise, the booking will be
canceled and cannot be refunded.
Passengers traveling from the airport must show up max. 1 hour (for domestic arrivals) or 1.5 hours (for international arrivals)
from the agreed pick-up time. Otherwise, the booking will be automatically canceled and cannot be refunded.
Passengers must follow the passenger and baggage limitation for the selected vehicle, as informed during booking.

Refund is available for cancellations made up to 24 hours before the agreed pick-up time.
Refund amount is 100% of the rental cost.
Refund amount will be returned via the payment method used during booking.
Reschedule can only be done at the latest 3 hours before pick-up time.
Your reschedule request is based on car availability.
Reschedule is free of charge. However, if there is a price difference on the rental fee between the old and new schedule, the
price difference will be borned to the passenger.
