The present rules and policies should be followed regardless
of the relationship with the past. Society has this label ever since to the teaching profession. They looked up to this profession as based on your observation and experiences. In this manner, Learning comes best when things are being experienced, that is learning by doing things. It involves participation of the students that allows them to exercise freedom and moral powers. Teachers should know their learners. Strengthen the child’s retention of facts learned - We use examples to make more things meaningful. APply concepts so ideas in the short term memories will be transferred to long term memories. The benefits are given - every opportunity to perform something is a venue to learn new things An Idealist believes that values are absolute. They are not created by man. Thus it can exist apart from man. Constructivism - It allows learners tp construct their own knowledge / allow them to expose, explore and to gain experience Existentialism - Conceives philosophy as something that is felt by an individual because it is concrete in itself or based on what is concrete. Pragmatist - Usefulness / Practicality Show and explain the components in giving grades - Only the child’s grade will be verified Behaviorism - Environmental events shape the behavior Planned actions to start the curricular programs - Intended (Objectives), Implemented (Activities), and Achieved (Product of intended and achieved) Focus on the ideas for changing the school order
