MY EATING HABITS

Hello teacher and classmates, today I will tell you about my eating habits.
But before that, my routine starts mostly at 7:00 in the morning, depending
on the day I go to work or stay at home taking my virtual classes, then I try
to organize myself as much as possible for the deliveries of the work and
mostly my day ends at 11 or 12 at night.
I am one of those people who doesn´t have a good diet, I don´t like fruits or
fish very much, I love hamburgers, French fries, pizzas and desserts and
even more so if they have chocolate. But lately I'm trying to eat healthy or
even if it's a little more balanced, I stopped soda and now I drink water, I
stopped junk food and now I eat homemade food, I also started eating the
foods I like vegetables, legumes, strawberries, kiwi, eating healthy not only
helps me to be at my correct weight, but also keeps me emotionally stable
and helps me control stress and anxiety
