A Proposal for Purchasing Three new laptops
PROBLEM STATEMENT:
We are having problems in performance in all the departments due to the lack of laptops. We
have only one laptop which slows down our working speed due to which we are unable to do our
work on time.
PROPOSED SOLUTION:
It is proposed that our company should buy three new laptop of Hp. (Hp Laptop pro MFP series)
newly launched in the market in January 2020. It helps us to speed up our work.
BENEFITS
1. It will save our lot of time and we will be able to complete our work on time It will
improve our work capability and enhances our work. It will save our cost also.
COST
After comparing different companies’ price range, it is concluded that Hp is offering the most
economical price with equal benefits. The cost of each laptop is Rs. 9000 which altogether adds
up to Rs. 27,000 for three laptops.
