Height ................ ... up to 12,000 mm (including the parapet)
Width ..................... up to 3 200 mm
Insulation .............. ISOROC stone wool slabs
For the construction of low-rise (up to 4 floors) apartment buildings and
buildings for administrative purposes, a special series of enlarged wall
panels has been developed.
Transportation
The wall panel is transported horizontally by a standard (up to 3 meters
wide) or low-bed truck (over 3 meters).
Mounting
At the facility, the panel is installed in the design position by a tower crane. It
is fixed to the floor discs using a system of corners and plates. The panels
are fastened to each other through a lock connection, which speeds up and
simplifies the installation process and provides maximum protection of
interpanel seams from environmental factors.
Facade
For residential buildings, enlarged wall panels are supplied both with a
ready-made, factory-installed facade (painted fiber cement board / flexible
stone), and in a standard configuration under a hinged ventilated facade
with porcelain stoneware finish / facade tiles FASADOFF.
For administrative and amenity buildings, as well as for barracks-type
buildings, it is possible to use cheaper finishing materials (facade cassettes,
profiled sheets, etc.).

The multi-layer wall enclosing panel for installation with partial
support on the floor disc is designed in such a way that, in
addition to the main part intended for closing the wall opening,
it has an additional element on top.
Duringinstallation,theupperpartofthepaneliscloselyadjacent
to the floor slab, due to which no additional insulation of the
facade is required from the outside of the building in the places
where the wall panels adjoin the floor slabs.
In addition to additional insulation, this geometry of the panels
and the method of their installation provide a smooth surface of
the entire facade, completely ready for finishing with facing
materials.
