Use Background

When analyzer gives a false alarm - Failed to leave initial position (Sample syringe).

Mechanism: The motor initial position photocoupler always detects that the photocoupler is blocked.

Model Possibility Solution

If we find the syringe block the photocoupler,

then we can check the status of it in
software, Status > Sensor, if it displays Not
Blocked.

B. Clean the sliding rail and screw rode, then

apply fresh lubricating oil on screw rod.

C. Check the O-ring of syringe, replace it if it

got worn.
