Notice for students of classes 9, 10,11 and 12 - 2022

Dear Parents and students,

The offline classes for Classes 9, 10 ,11 and 12 starts from February 7 , 2022.

Roll nos Days Timings Entry from

1-25 Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM Gate no 1 B to Basketball Court I
26 onwards Tuesday, Thursday,Saturday 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM
Reporting Time for students : 07:55 AM

Students need to carry books and notebooks pertaining to all subjects.

•The holistic development of a child requires collaborative efforts of parents and teachers therefore the parents are
requested to be vigilant about the child’s academic progress. The child should attend classes regularly and timely submit
assignments to the teachers.

• Kindly adhere to the COVID 19 protocols.

Uniform Specification

Complete winter uniform with navy blue colour mask(Mandatory)

All the students are hereby instructed to bring the hard copy of final or provisional COVID VACCINATION CERTIFICATE
and submit it to the class teacher.

There will be recess hence bring dry eatables. Students must carry their own water bottles.

The norms of social distancing must be strictly followed in the Vidyalaya .

If the student is unwell(Fever, Cough and cold ) kindly refrain from coming to school and send a written note to the class
teacher /school official email id.

For safety reasons , Parents are requested to arrange for timely pickup of their wards.
