Annexure 1 Terms and conditions

01. VAT & Taxes : As per Government Law.

02. Delivery : To be delivered & installed within 20.02.2022 at our Nilufar
Heights, B-52, Kemal Ataturk Avenue, Banani, Dhaka-1213 at
your own cost, risk & responsibility. Contact Person: Mr. Ranik

03. Rejection : You will ensure high quality of supplied items. Our technical
experts will verify supplied items. We will have the right to
reject any inferior quality part that does not conform to the
specification. The quality of the items has to be upto our
standard. After installation/supply, if any deviation is found
regarding quality of items, may lead to cancellation of this order
partly or fully and in that case, we will not be liable for any
payment.

04. Warranty : Standard one-year warranty.

05. Payment : Tk. 260,000/= (Tk. Two Hundred Sixty Thousand only) is being
paid to you in advance by A/C payee cheque along with this
PO. The remaining payment will be made after successful
completion of delivery & installation, against your bill & after
deducting AIT (if applicable). You are requested to submit your
bill along with acknowledged challan and Mushak 6.3 Challan
including our BIN No: 000467344-0103.

06. Other Terms : Purchase order number & date should be mentioned in all
relevant documents & bills.

Contravention of any of the above terms shall be liable for cancellation of the order forthwith terminating all our obligations.
