Detailed Description: On the above mentioned date, time and place, Mr. Romy
Busuego, a Nissan client, together with his body guard, entered the showroom and ask
for Mr. Artemio Montuerto. Upon entering the showroom, Mr. Busuego approached
agent Josua Matchete asking said agent to guide him towards sir Art. There and then,
Mr. Busuego asked sir Art about his identity and position in the company, then the latter
confronted Sir Art about the availability of the LTO registration of his purchased Nissan
Sylphy. He is complaining about the amount of time he waited for such registration
which is according to him was already 4 weeks. Mr. Busuego, in front of other Gateway
Employees, pointed a finger and insulted sir Art with words like (non-verbatim) “Bobo
ka” “Buang ka” and “Anong klaseng manager ka, you don’t deserve to be a manager
here…Anong natapos mo ha” “Hindi mo ako kilala?”. Furthermore, sir Art despite the
insults, asked for an apology and assured the client that he is doing his best to expedite
the process of the LTO registration and explained to Mr. Busuego the reasons of the
delay. However, Mr. Busuego did not accept it and instead became more irate and a
heated argument ensued between them. In the course of the argument, Mr. Busuego
threatened sir art saying (non-verbatim) “Putang Ina, Barilin kita”. After a while of asking
an apology and continuously assuring the client, Mr. Busuego gradually calmed down
and left after saying “Ok, Bigyan kita hangang ngayong araw na malabas ang rehistro”.
