Under the new dispensation or government of President Duterte, there is a

proposal to adopt a federal government. There are also calls to change or
amend the Constitution. Aside from the form of government, what other
provisions should be changed or added to have a government that is more
responsive, more trustworthy, and less susceptible to corruption?

In addition to the form of government and / or other regulations, the

president should also consider improving our country's judicial system. As we
all know, our country has a judicial system called Bulok. The Philippine
government organized and established institutions to maintain peace and

periods of time. The problem of the over-representation of men in prisons is

easy to solve. However, in our country, this is one of the biggest problems.

Unfair trials of people. Those with great power or reputation will be the
winners. Money is the key. Many people say that the law is the law, but the
judicial system itself does not apply.
