the Challenge
The manufacturing client didn’t have an existing ERP and were looking to implement IFS Applications 10. They
needed their legacy systems data to be migrated into IFS ERP and wanted to roll out the new software to 15
locations. In addition to this, they needed consultants with skills in reporting, training, modifications, and that
would be able to make any customizations needed within the system. They also needed oversight of all business
areas including supply chain, finance, manufacturing, etc.

the solution
Our recruitment team began their search and deployed 14 resources in under a year. We provided consultants
with skill sets in Pl SQL, Oracle, C#, Report Developers, Integration Engineers, Finance, Business Analysts, and
Supply Chain Business Analysts.

The work that our contractors put in enabled the finance department to improve their project costs and
improve manufacturing. They were able to reduce the projected go live timeline and ensure the system func-
tionality was working correctly.
 Results
The client was able to add resources to bolster their team with IFS expertise in a reduced time while keeping the
project on budget. They were able to roll out the new system in phases and ensured that all employees were
trained on using the ERP.

They also received high quality experts to take over optimizing the Accounting and Finance modules, setting
them up for long-term success. The contractors were also able to take into consideration the client’s legacy way
of running their business and proposed new ways to accomplish the same goals within the ERP.
