V. Brief Description/Objective

Relative to the Division Virtual Meeting for Graduation Rites held last June 18, 2021,
the ICT Services Unit shall conduct Virtual Meeting with the School ICT Coordinators in

preparation for the Graduation Rites 2020-2021.

This project aims to:

 Orient the participants on the following Technical aspects on the use of Graduation
Template and Certificate
 Clarify other matters such School Regular Account and Admin account both for
Google and Microsoft.

 Orientation of all participants on the technical aspects of the graduation template and
certificate
 Question and answer
 Re-discussion and clarification on the School Regular Account and Admin account
both for Google and Microsoft.
 Sharing of Ideas

VII. Plans and Recommendations

 Distribute the graduation template and other resource/materials thru a google drive
 School with the help of ICT coordinators will be ready and prepared on the forthcom-
ing Graduation/Moving Up Rites 2021.
