THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN JOB SATISFACTION AND ORGANIZATION


COMMITMENT ON WORK PERFORMANCE OF SUPPORT STAFF IN MALAYSIA
AGRICULTURE RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE (MARDI)

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am a final year student of Bachelor in Administrative Science from the Universiti


Teknologi MARA, Shah Alam. Currently, I am conducting a survey for my research to
study The Relationship Between Job Satisfaction And Organization
Commitment On Work Performance Of Support Staff In Malaysia Agriculture
Research And Development Institute (MARDI)

The research objective of this study is designed as follow:

i. To identify the level of job satisfaction of MARDI support staff


ii. To identify the relationship between job satisfaction, commitment to the
organization and work performance of MARDI support staff
iii. To determine the role of commitment to the organization as a mediator in the
relationship between job satisfaction and work performance of MARDI support
staff
