    The upper class do not pay their taxes fairly

    Do the rich need the government? or the government need the rich? The truth is the rich do not
    need the government because it has other options as there are other countries. When
    governments want to raise taxes, they always begin by saying that the taxes are for the rich.
    Nobody ever admits that it is the poor and working-class that will pay it. The solution for that
    problem is there is should an idea that taxes can be based on a person’s capacity to pay taxes
    because lower, middle, and upper class has different point of view so go with an idea that help
    anyone to be fair anytime.
