This class provided a chance for me to spend an hour each week to relax by reflecting on myself, and that is a great way to release pressure and practice being self-reflective. - What do I expect for the rest of the class? I wish there could be more conversations about some of the idea ( like in the first 2 classes ) that is also very relaxing. It can be a topic including many aspects, so that we can further discuss them. - What is my attitude about writing? What I want to convey through myself as a media is better expressed by being written instead of being spoken. I care for more complete sentences and thoughts while writing, while I may speak random things that is difficult to understand and feel ( I don’t quite enjoy public speaking as well ), so writing contains more details. For me, writing is the best way to reflect on myself and to communicate with others. It is also one of the best ways to record stories and events and produce empathy. - What is the most difficult thing about this kind of writing? Forming an idea or my own towards the question & trying to find something meaningful to write. Inspiration is a not always there, so not all the good ideas can come at once when I see the prompt. - Which assignment or topic did I get the most value out of? I remember it was about the mechanisms I can use to reduce stress. I can refer to it when I am stressed in order that I know about the situation. Also, the one about emotion description. It’s better to express my feelings instead of holding it.
