Definition of Terms

AFK. This term refers to abbreviation for away from keyboard. It lets

people know that you will not be at your keyboard for a while, or that you will

not be online for a period of time.

Technology. This term refers to the way we apply scientific

knowledge for practical purposes. It is the study and innovation of techniques,

tools, and machines created by humans. Technology allows people to study

and change the components that are physically present in their lives. It

includes machines (such as computers).

Online games. This term refers to a video game that is either

partially or primarily played via the Internet or any other computer network

available. The design of online games can range from simple text -based

environments to the integration of complex graphics and virtual worlds.

High-tech. This term refers to an involvement of the manufacture or

use of advanced or sophisticated devices.

Noob. This term refers to someone who has no experience in a

particular field or activity, especially the use of the internet. This means a bad

player in a game.
GG. This term refers to good game. In multiplayer competitive

games, GG is used as a score of sportsmanship and a recognition that you

enjoy while fighting against your opponents.

Cyberbullying. This term refers to a threat that occurs on digital

devices such as cell phones, computers, and tablets. Includes sending,

posting, or sharing negative, hurtful, untrue, or meaningful content about

others.
