Blackout App Feature Listing

 For iOS & Android App


Module Sub-Module Features Description
Signup User Signup User will sign up in the app with:
 Name
 Email ID
 Mobile no.
 Password
OR
Directly sign up with social media account (Facebook or
Google)
Login User Login  User can login in the app with their email id (first time).
 Automatic authentication (from next time)
Home Page Main Search 1. User will be able to search business & events on the
app.
2. Users can select to search business or events while
searching.
3. Users can search business or events by:
a. All
b. Online (online-only business/events)
c. Location (location-based business/events)
Quick Link 4-5 Quick links options of business and events categories for
Categories the user.
Listing
Result Page

Filter Options User will have the filter options here so they can search the
appropriate listings by:
 Sort by Date
 Sort by Time of day
 Sort by Most viewed
 Sort by Highest rated
 Sort by Location
 Sort by Name of Event
Result Page In result page user will have the two options to view the
results in
1. With Images (this will take up the entire screen & will
be default option)
2. With Maps (this will highlight the pinpoints on the map
for the user)
Add Listing Add listing  From this button user will be able to add their new

Add an Event User will have the following options:
1. Uploading Main Image

Add new ads User can advertise their listing from this option which will be

User Dashboard This option will show up to the user only if they have activated

Listing Pending From this option user can check their listing pending reviews in
Review the dashboard.
Listing From this option user can check the approved or denied listing

Note: 1. In each account, there will be listings up to 100 for both inactive & active listings.
2.There will be separate option for all old listings which is already deleted, to kept them
separately.

My Ads 1. Monthly or annual recurring fee for all user’s ad selection

3. Ad Plan Options:
 Home page Feature [PER LISTING] = $50/month or
$500/year (annual price is like getting two months free)
 Search Results Page Feature [PER LISTING] =
$20/month or $200/year (annual price is like getting
two months free)
 Listing Page Feature [PER LISTING] = $20/month or
$200/year (annual price is like getting two months free)
SWITCH With this option user can switch to their new plan when the
current plan ends.

PAUSE 1. With this option user can pause their plan whenever they
want but their ad will be continued to advertise until the
current plan overs.
2. It will have the options to set the time for the same such as
for 30days, 60days or 90days.
CANCEL With this option user can cancel their plan, with this their ad
will become inactive the day after their plan terms end. (Note:
There will be no refund for the remaining days)
Note: 1. This option will show the details regarding the active and inactive ads by the user.
2.There should be at least one active current listing to make an ad.
3.These criteria will be followed only if user have active monthly or annually subscription
plan

SWITCH With this option user can switch to their new plan when the
current plan ends.

Total page From this option user will be able to check overall total views
views of their pages. They can also check the page view with options
like:
1. Weekly page view
2. Monthly page view
3. Yearly page view
Views on Ads From this option user will be able to check views on their Ads.
Link clicked & From this option user will be able to check the linked which
viewed has been clicked & viewed.
Saves From this option user can check the saves which has been
made.
Shares From this option user can check the total number of shares of
their Ads.

Review &  Under this section, user can review all their ratings and
Ratings reviews of their listings.
 They can directly respond to any review from there.

My Invoices Under this option, user can check, view and download all the
invoices there.
My Saved User will have the following options:

Turn the message features on/off.
Shop Blackout This button will redirect the user to app’s shopping page.
FAQ’s From this menu button user will be able to check all the FAQ’s
related to the app.

About This button will redirect the user to the about us page where
Blackout user can read about the app.
Settings This button will have the options:
1. Enable/Disable the white theme.
2. Enable/Disable the Biometric ID option.
Help This button will redirect the user to the contact us page from
where user can reach to the app support center through call,
email, etc.
Privacy From this option user will be ae to read terms & conditions as
Policy/Terms well as privacy policy of the BLACKOUT app.

Go Back This button will take the user to the previous or last page.

Favorites From this button user will be able to check their favorites
listings.

Search This button will take the user to the search page of the app.
My Account 1. Login/Logout: From this option user will be able to
login/logout in the app. User will also have the option
in the app to login with their social media account.
2. Change Password: From this option user will be able to
change or reset hi password.

User Profile User can update/edit their profile info such as:
 Profile pictures
 Username
 Name
 Email address
 Zip code
 City name
 State name.

Report an From this option user can report the issue regarding the app.

Logout This option will logout the user from the app.

1. After splash screen, does user have to signup first or they will redirect to the home page
of the app as a guest first?
2. In Biometric ID option, do we need to have use fingerprint option or both face unlock
and fingerprint unlock option?
3. How will user review or check the invoices? Please let us know its workflow.
