To expedite the delivery system for land title survey (2 years to within 2 months)
The strategy taken consists of the following:
Change the existing survey procedure
Embark on the latest ICT approach in the cadastral survey
To create and provide a survey accurate database at the national level suitable for
Geographical Information Systems (GIS) users.
The strategy taken consists of the following:
Based on the successful implementation of the Melaka’s NDCDB
A homogeneous and seamless database with survey accurate coordinate
Based on the national geocentric datum (GDM2000)
Support the implementation of utility mapping.
To reduce processes and increase the use of digital technology (Increase integrity
& data security)
Purpose of CCI
- To develop a homogeneous cadastral database based on the geocentric
datum with a spatial accuracy of better than 5 centimeter in urban area and
better than 10 centimeter in semi-urban and rural areas
METHODOLOGY (The Development of CCI)
- Four phrases include:
a) Reconnaissance
b) Monumentation
c) GNSS field observation, and
d) GNSS processing and adjustment
Purpose :
To ensure high integrity of the data and to render them GIS-ready &GDM2000
Contain all information related to boundaries of land parcels
A homogeneous and seamless database with survey accurate coordinate
