Candidates should take due care and precaution to fill in correct details and upload the correct documents and match the details filled in with the documents uploaded. If any discrepancy in Academic Merit is observed by the College, they should direct the Candidate to Edit the Option form at relevant time as per scheduled current Time Table and Information Brochure. If any wrong admission is made or any candidate having discrepancy in the document and merit is admitted, the Institute/ college will be responsible for the same. The list of Approved Colleges available for seeking admission, the intake eapacity and other details related to colleges is placed on the CAP portal. Candidates are advised to study it carefully before filling in the Option Form and giving the options and the sequence of options. Candidates should study the Type (Govt/Aided/ Unaided/Minority) and Nature of College/Division/Intake Capacity before giving the Option to College. The Options and sequence will affect the allocation of the candidate with reference his, Merit, Candidature Type, and Category. ‘There will two on line rounds of Admissions as per the Schedule displayed on the Admission Portal. The Candidate will give Options for Round-I which will be applicable for First Round (1) only. The Candidates are expected to fill new options for Round I. Round If will be run with the Logic of Dynamic Allocation, where in the Candidate getting betterment will be allocated new college as per option and merit. The admission of the candidate in the previous round will be automatically cancelled. The Candidates not getting betterment will have to report to the same college in Round I and confirm the admission in Round If again in the same college, failure ¢o do so will result in ‘cancellation of admission taken in Round I for which the Institute and the candidate will be responsible. ‘The colleges who will keep Institutes closed during the first Two on line rounds and will reject the candidates without valid reasons during the two online rounds will be strictly dealt with and all the valid complaints received from the candidates will be reported to NCTE and Department.
