Give reasons how you can develop each of these chosen attributes
Resilient: Because of the uncertainties due to Covid-19, we have to come up with
alternative plans and have to be on the alert to the ever changing environment. We need
to be flexible and adapt to the different measures that the government has phased out for
us.

Problem Solving: The process of curating the programme will come with many
uncertainties that come with Covid-19, it is important to cultivate the skill of problem
solving. If this project is feasible for the long-run, we will need to be quick problem
solvers to make changes to the workshop and its related activities.

Communicative & collaborative: This project requires my team and I to collaborate and
sync our topics so as to create a smooth flow of topics when carrying out the workshop.
Being able to communicate with my teammates and work together as a team will make
future meetings in the working world more productive.
Brief Description of What am I going to do? (max 100 words)
Learning Project: This project is an extension of the TPSmart workshops that are currently conducted in
secondary school. It aims to “measure” the effectiveness of the TPSmart workshops by
expanding the scope of the workshop to include more in-depth lessons on financial
literacy in a non-intimidating manner.

The group will work together to conduct a financial literacy awareness workshop for a
select group of secondary school students who are on government financial assistance
schemes. They will also monitor the progress of the participants in their financial
literacy efforts.

In the event that due to COVID-19 we are not permitted to meet face to face, the group
will endeavor to conduct the workshop online through Zoom. If the workshop cannot be
held at all, the group will deliver their detailed materials for the workshop for execution
at a later date.

In the event that we will deliver the materials at a later date, we will also be beta testing
a website for online workshops.
