Has narrated to us Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah and Abu Kuraib both said, Has
narrated to us Abu Mu'awiyah from Al A'masy from Umarah bin Umair from
Abdurrahman bin Yazid from Abdullah he said; The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi
wasallam said: O young men, who among you has acquired the ability to live in a
household, marry. Because in fact, the marriage is more able to hold the eyes and
keep the genitals. And, whoever has not been able to perform it, he should fast
because fasting will alleviate the turmoil of sexual desire.
B. Asbabul Wurud
From textual research has not been found asbabul wurud from merriage
recommendation hadits. However we can find in a hadits which tells of a meeting
of friends in Mina that talks about marriage narrated by Imam Bukhori, that is:
Alqomah bin Qaysin, he said: i was with Abdullah bin Mas’ud in Mina, then he
lonely with Utsman bin Affan, then I sit near him. Utsman said to Abdullah bin
Mas’ud: I will marry you to a slave who is still a girl, she will remind you of what
you forgot?. when Abdullah bin Mas’ud there is no reason to refuse, when he give a
signal to me with his hand, then i said, if that what you say, actually Rasulullah
said“a young man, whoever among you has the ability to marry, then get merried,
beause, actually getting married is more to lower your eyes and protect the
genitals, and whoever is not to able get married, than fast, because fast to you as
shield.

E. The Meaning of Mufradat And Analysis of Language in The Perspective of
Nahwu And Ushul Fiqh
Al-Ma’syara is a group ofpeople who have certain characteristics, such
as a groub of young people or a group of old people.
As-Syabab is plural from Syaabun it is mean young people and plural
from Syubaabun and Syubabatun, with the initial letter dhommah and
tasydid. Az-Zahri said that there are no words with word patterns fa’il
the plural follows the pattern fu’al other than this word. The basic of the
word syabab is movement and enthusasm. This name is used by people
who have reached the age of 30 years according to Syafi’i scholars.
However, within the rules Ushul Fiqh states that: “Not from the 'Am
unless takhsis is done "
So that is in the category al-Shabab in the hadith is not itany young
man. In the meaning of special youth who meetseveral criteria. When
associated with the studypsychology, youth meant in the youth category
it is recommended to marry young people which is sufficiently ripe.
namely at the age of 25 years8.
Manistatho’a minkum al- ba ah in this case it is devoted to young
people, because in general it is young poeple who have a strong desire
in merriage, although this sentence has a general meaning when there is
a special reason for parents, it also applies to old people.

menikah”, Jurnal penitian dan pemikiran Islam, 2, (Juli: 2017), h. 314
Al- Baah, with hamzah and ta’ ta’nis. The scholars interpret al-Baah as
the cost of marriage. Al-Khotobi defines al-baah as the ability to marry,
especially the ability to do husband and wife reletionships. Imam
Nawawi defines al-baah with two meanings, namely al-jima’ and cost
of merriage.
Aghoddu derived from the word Asyaddu Ghoddon which has the
meaning of get down or avoiding the view of the haram things.
Ahshonu derived from the word Asyaddu Ahshona which has the
meaning of more keep or prohibit from faling in damage. Ibnu Daqiq
said that the prohibitoin of deep destruction is the cause of devotion.
Wa man la yastati’, in at-Thobrani history from Ibrahim from Mughiroh
in his hadits using wa man lam yaqdir. Al-mazhir said that hadits using
wa man lam yaqdir is syad hadits.
Bi shoum, has the meaning of refraining from hunger and reducing the
actions that cause lust.
Lahu Wija un, with the wawu kasro. Abu Ubaid read wijaun with wawu
the meaning of a controller9.
F. Legal Content And Method Of Istinbath In The Prepektif Fuqaha
In the religion of marriage, it has laws that are adjusted to the
conditions of the person who is going to marry. Law according to
syafi’iyah scholars regarding the problem of marriage,10 namely:
If a person who wants to get married and is able to meet his needs after
marriage, then it is necessary for him to marry
If a person has the ability to marry and is afraid of adultery, eating is
obligatory for him to get married
If someone who has the ability to marry but is able to avoid adultery and
does not have a strong desire to marry, then it is mean for him to marry, and
other laws.

According to Ibn Daqiq the law for a person related to marriage:
The law is obligatory for those who are afraid to fall into sin.
It is forbidden for someone who is unable to meet the needs of life , the
soul and cause disquality.
Makruh for someone who does not want to meet the needs of life and soul,
but does not cause harm.
Sunnah for someone who has the ability to live and soul
For someone who has the ability to live and soul and is able to control
himself from sin11.
Ibn Hazm argued that it is obligatory to marry a person who is able
to wath'i, but according to some scholars the obligatory in marriage is his
contract.
G. Wisdom
The suggestion to marry has been mentioned by Allah SWT and Rasullah
SAW. It can be seen that Allah created us in pairs. The benefits of getting
married are also found in the word of Allah in QS. An-Nur verse 23, where
Allah will provide abundant sustenance. Then through the mouth of the
Prophet Muhammad we find his words, namely "Marriage is my sunnah,
who does not like my sunnah, he is not from my group." (Narrated by Abu
Ya`la). In addition, by getting married, it can strengthen our strongholds to
avoid actions that are prohibited in religion.

From Qatadah from Hasan from Samurah, that indeed the Prophet SAW
forbade celibacy, and Qatadah read the verse, "And verily We have sent some
Messengers before you and We gave them wives and descendants". (Ar-Ra’d: 38).
[HR. Tirmidhi and Ibn Majah]
Translation :
And from Anas, that there were some friends of the Prophet SAW who said,
"I will not marry". Some say, "I will pray continuously and will not sleep". And
some say, "I will fast continuously". Then it came to the Prophet SAW, so he said,
"How is the condition of the people, they say such and such? Even though I fasting
and breaking fast, prayed and slept, and I married a woman. So whoever does not
like my sunnah, is not from my group ". [HR. Ahmad Bukhari and Muslim]
19
Imam An – Nawawi , Syarah Shahih Muslim, page 870
Imam Shafi'i in al-umm stipulates that marriage is basically the law of
change.
The Prophet Muhammad blamed Uthman Bin Mazh'un for his
intention not to have a wife, was something that was considered as a form
of worship. Therefore the Prophet explained that everything that a servant
does to get closer to Allah with the intention of obtaining the pleasure of
Allah and His Messenger, but that work is not prescribed by religion, then
that work is not accepted.
G. Wisdom
With the prohibition of celibacy, everyone is required to observe
Allah's law and carry out the sunnah of the Prophet, namely marriage. By
getting married we can get closer to Allah without fear of doing things that
lead us to adultery. besides that, by getting married, everything that is done
becomes worship and gets reward.
Conclusion
From the hadith of the recommendation to marry and the prohibition of celibacy
discussed above, it is clear that marriage is a commandment of Allah and the
Prophet that is sunk for a person who is materially able to support his wife. Islam
also provides a solution for a young man who has not been able to provide a living
for his wife, namely by fasting. Because fasting is a shield for him to avoid sinful
acts.
