1. Background
In PEM akamigas there are many internal student organizations to support that can
develop abilities, knowledge and soft skills, such as the student executive board, student
representative council, and student associations. besides that, there are professional
organizations that facilitate students to develop interests from the profession to compete
in the future world of work, such as SPE, IATMI, AICHE, and SRE. Therefore, SPE
took the initiative to hold a "Sisterhood" work program which aims to establish good
relations and cooperation between professional organizations in PEM Akamigas with
the hope that in the future they can collaborate to develop professional organizations in
PEM Akamigas.
2. Name of Event
The name of this activity is “Sisterhood”.
3. Goals of Event
a. To establish good relationship with other professional organizations in the PEM
Akamigas
b. To develop professional organizations in the PEM Akamigas.
4. Activity Target
4.1 Target
The officers of PEM Akamigas SC and the officers from IATMI, AICHE, and SRE
4.2 Success Parameter
a. All the officers of PEM Akamigas SC and the officers from IATMI, AICHE,
and SRE can attend this event.
5. Implementation of Event
5.1 Time and Place
Place : 2nd Floor Canteen
Date : 30 and 31 October 2021
Time : 07.30 p.m. (GMT+7)
5.2 Description of Event

Sisterhood is one of the annual program from Public Relation Departement
which aims to establish good relationship with other professional organizations in
PEM Akamigas also can collaborate in the future with other professional
organizations in PEM Akamigas.

7. Result
SPE PEM AKAMIGAS SC held an event called Sisterhood this event attended by
AIChe PEM AKAMIGAS SC, IATMI SM PEM Akamigas, and SRE PEM Akamigas,
all participant from each organization could learn a lot of new knowledge about the
other organization in PEM Akamigas and learn about problem and solution through
pandemic situation. Each Organization could give feedback to eac other and this event
was going very well.
8. Evaluation
Duration of forum group discussion should be longer because the forum group
discussion is going very interesting.

Thus, we have submitted the proposal to be used as reference material for conducting
