SUBSTRATE CONDITION AND SURFACE PREPARATION METHOD

Substrate must be sound and have adequate strength for the proposed end use
Surface must be clean and free from dirt, oil, and any other contamination.
Laitance should be removed with shot blasting, scarifying or other mechanical tools
All residues must be removed by vacuum cleaning to provide a dry, dust free open
texture surface

MIXING METHOD
Stir part A separately then thoroughly mix with part B using medium speed electric
mixer (750 rpm) or using a helical spinner for at least 2 minutes. Do not mix by hand.
Each Part packed already pre-weighed for optimum performance. Never split or
proportion packs.

APPLICATION METHOD
Immediately after mixing, spread the material using a short hair roller or an airless
spray. Could be diluted with water 5-10% after mixing part A & B completed.

HEALTH & SAFETY

Although STARKFLOOR 16w is non-combustible, certain ingredients may be

harmful if exposure is prolonged or in contacted with. Always use with suitable
protective tools. Please consult with the relevant Health & Safety Data Sheet,
available on request.
