SUBSTRATE CONDITION AND SURFACE PREPARATION METHOD

Substrate must be sound and have adequate strength for the proposed end use
Surface must be clean and free from dirt, oil, and any other contamination.
Laitance should be removed with shot blasting, scarifying or other mechanical tools
All residues must be removed by vacuum cleaning to provide a dry, dust free open
texture surface

MIXING METHOD
Stir part A separately then thoroughly mix with part B using medium speed electric
mixer (750 rpm) for at least 2 minutes. Do not mix by hand. Each Part packed
already pre-weighed for optimum performance. Never split or proportion packs.

APPLICATION METHOD
Immediately after mixing, spread the material using a brush or short hair roller
ensuring it is worked into all surface irregularities. For porous surface where a
second coat is required, allow the first coat to cure 6 hours and apply the second as
above. Apply STARKFLOOR P1w-CLEAR within its pot life.

Although P1w-Clear is non-combustible, certain ingredients may be harmful if

exposure is prolonged or in contacted with. Always use with suitable protective tools.
