CONTROL MEASURES RESPONSIBILITY REMARKS

emission, DL, TPI etc.)
5. Ensure all workforce are undergone safety induction training
6. Ensure all operators are gone through DDS training.
7. Ensure all workforce and operators are compliance with job Site PM/Engineer
specific PPE (safety helmet, jacket, safety shoe etc.)
8. Ensure vehicles pre-inspection done prior entry at site.
9. Ensure Flagman deployed to escort trucks/dumpers.

Ensure deployed competent persons for this activity
Ensure 100% PPE compliance
Ensure the area is cordoned off with barrication and signage's
Ensure job specific training conducted prior start of the activity.
Ensure inspection done of all lifting tools and tackles prior start of
the operation.
Ensure there is no man movement below suspended load.
Ensure there is no obstruction of adjacent structure or tree
brunches for lifting operation.
Ensure crane has been inspected as per checklist prior lifting
operation.
Ensure there are no overhead power lines in lifting area else
maintain minimum 2m. away from overhead power lines.
Ensure the ground level is even and compacted for crane set up.
Ensure there is no hidden trench or pit in location of crane set up.
Ensure signal man/flag man provided during lifting operation. Site Engineer/ Site
Ensure prior lifting the weight has been judged. Supervisor
Ensure two guide rope fixed with load to control suspended load
during lifting operation.
1. Ensure all are follow site emergency layout plan
2. Trainings has to be done to all workers and staff how to act an
emergency situation
3. Do not panic
4. Immediate inform to concern site supervisor and in charges in
case of emergency
5. Follow emergency routes& signage’s to reach assembly point
6. Rising emergency alarm therefore given alert to everyone.
7. Ensure all access and egress without any obstructions
8. Maintained adequate illumination levels at work place and All
pedistrains access areas.
9. Emergency contact numbers have been displayed in all levels
(Fire/Ambulance/Police etc…).
