Dear Sunil,
With reference to your Interview conducted at our office premises on February 02, 2022, we have pleasure to
inform you that your credentials are matching to our requirements. We are pleased to offer you an employment with
Volan Software & Technologies as React Native Developer. This offer is subjected to the Standard Terms and
Conditions of Employment by Volan Software & Technologies and also will be governed by the policies, rules and
guidelines of the Company.
The offer is based on broad terms explained to you during your interview. While on this contract you would
be based on Jaipur and work towards specific targets. By accepting this offer you are also confirming our rules and
regulations that will be mention in this appointment letter.

development supporting Open Source as well as Closed Source from basic to advance part.

Dear Sunil,
With reference to the discussions we have had, we are pleased to offer you employment in our organization
on the following terms and conditions.
1. LOCATION/ PLACE OF POSTING
Your Initial work location will be Jaipur. But based on organization and business imperatives, you can be
transferred to any company location anywhere in India.
2. BAND AND DESIGNATION
For the purpose of policy and other related classification you will be appointed as a React Native Developer.
3. JOINING DAY
As per our discussion at the time of interview, your welcome/joining day in Volan Software & Technologies
will be February 03, 2022 (Thursday).
4. TOTAL COMPENSATION
All the elements of compensation including benefits and prerequisites are governed by applicable
policies/procedures & rules and regulations and these are available with the Human Resources Department.
5. PROBATION AND BOND AGREEMENT
You will be on bond for a period of Six (06) months from the start date of appointment. If you fail to complete
your bond period Volan Soft can take any legal action. At the end of this period, you will be deemed to be confirmed
in service subject to your satisfactory conduct and performance. Your probationary period may be extended in writing
if either your conduct or performance falls short of expectation during the initial period of probation for another six
months or for a shorter period purely at the discretion of company. In the event your conduct and performance is
found unsatisfactory and if it falls short of expectation either during initial probationary period or during extended
period of probation your services are liable to be terminated without assigning any reason. You shall deem to be on
probation until and unless your services are confirmed in writing.
By signing this joining letter, you accepting that you will not drop your employment until your current project
is not finished. If you fail to complete this bond period due to any reason, company can take any legal against you as
well as no personal documents (release letter, experience certificate etc.) will be released to you.
6. NOTICE PERIOD
Your Notice Period would be of One (1) month. If due to any reason, in the near future you want to resign
from your post or leave the job, then you will be liable to inform the company before 1 month (i.e. in 30 days advance)
otherwise the company may take legal actions against you. However, when situations warrant, as in the case of breach
of policies, the company may decide to terminate the contract with immediate effect, without any notice period.

7. PHYSICAL AND MENTAL FITNESS
This offer is subject to your being found physically and medically fit at the time of your joining and remaining
fit during the tenure of your employment with us. The company reserves the right to terminate your employment
should you be found unfit at any point in time during the course of your employment and un der such circumstances.
8. GENERAL SERVICE CONDITIONS
Apart of your employment you are expected to comply with standards of business behavior confirming to the
code of conduct guidelines contained in various policies/procedures/rules and regulations. You are required to
specifically note the following: -
I. You will be wholly and exclusively in the employment of the company and are not permitted to carry
on any other business, profession or employment. You will have to obtain prior written permission
from the Managing Director before undertaking any teaching, training or writing assignment and
would ensure that views expressed by you in the media/publications are strictly your personal views.
II. You will maintain confidentiality of all company proprietary information including customer
information, patents, etc., unless disclosure is specifically required for statutory purposes.
III. Any violation of code of conduct / acts of criminal offense and moral turpitude would invite
appropriate disciplinary action including termination of employment.
9. TRANSFER
In consideration of organization and business needs, your services can be transferred by the Company in such
capacity as the Company may, from time to time, determine anywhere in India to any one of the parent Company’s
departments, subsidiaries, Joint Ventures, Associates, Sister Companies, etc. Consequent to such transfers, you will be
governed by the terms and conditions of service as applicable to your category of employees in the new organization
and place.
10. RETIREMENT
Your will retire from the services of the Company upon attainment of Fifty-Eight (58) years of age. The actual
date of retirement shall be the last working day of the calendar month in which your 58th birthday falls. However, you
may be retired at any age before fifty-eight years during your services in the establishment if you are unable to
continue in service satisfactorily due to any form of physical or the mental infirmity or are not able to perform the
given work.
11. INCREMENTS AND PROMOTIONS
Your career path in the company will depend solely on your performance and your capability. Your individual
performance will be reviewed on a regular basis by your managers and by your peers providing the criteria for your
increments and promotions.

12. QUALITY MATTERS
You will be required to learn the processes being followed at Company from time to time and comply with
the quality standards that are being enforced as part of these processes. Your adherence to these quality standards
and your general attitude towards quality will be an important parameter used in evaluating your performance. Your
overall performance and quality will be analyzed by your seniors and respective departments.
13. STATEMENT OF FACTS
If at any stage, during the tenure of your service, it is found that any particulars or details furnished by you are
incorrect and/or this agreement of service has been obtained by misrepresentation of facts, the Company shall have
the right to terminate your services forthwith without giving any notice, notwithstanding any other terms and
conditions stipulated herein.
14. WORKING HOURS, HOLIDAYS AND LEAVE
Normal working hours of the company are 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM Monday to Friday.
Employees are provided with the opportunity to take 12 (Twelve) paid leave every year accrued at the rate of
1 leave per month. Your paid leave cannot be carry forwarded to next month. You can take your paid leave after 3
months of your joining.
The company also provides Public holidays announced at the beginning of every year. Except for emergencies
and medical reasons leave will be granted only on 2 days’ prior notice and approval by your managers.
15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The company will retain ownership of all intellectual properties generated during the co urse of your
employment as part of your duties or associated responsibilities. All intellectual property rights on all ‘works’ (as per
Copyright Act, 1957 and subsequent amendments) generated or modified by you individually or as part of a team
during the course of your employment and as part of your employment will be wholly vested in the company. Unless
permitted by an explicit agreement you are also bound to keep such matters confidential and shall use such ‘work for
the sole benefit of the Company as required by your employment.
16. TERMINATION
On termination of your employment with the company irrespective of the circumstances, you are bound to
return to the company: Any material items belonging to the Company per inventory, and all non-material items in your
possession including but not limited to Intellectual property (documentation, software, email correspondence) and
any other information required for the continued execution of the duties of your role (login credentials, business
contact information). Any physical company documents that you may have in your possession. You are also bound to
repay any and all outstanding debts or loans due to the company and the company is hereby authorized to deduct
from any payments due to the employee the amount due to the company.
This contract can be terminated by either party after giving notice in writing as underlined below, during the
notice period of one month. When this contract is terminated at the initiative of the employee, the company reverses

the right to insist on full compliance to the notice period and may initiate appropriate legal remedies should the
employee violate the provision of notice.
17. NON-DISCLOSURE
You hereby agree to comply with the terms of any policies of the Company relating to the prote ction of
confidential information from time to time. You are also required to strictly maintain as confidential and not divulge
or communicate in any manner, any information regarding your remuneration / terms of employment to any other
employee of the Company except your immediate superior. Any disclosure of confidential information will be
considered a serious misconduct and breach of the terms of your employment.
18. AMENDMENTS
The Company, at its discretion, may alter, replace or annul any of the above, should circumstances so
warrant either as a result of statute or otherwise. All changes will duly be updated on the company intranet and will
be duly notified to the employees through proper channels. On your first day of employment, you will be given
additional information about Company’s Procedures, policies, benefit programs and more.
