The activity was carried out dith the hope is able to provide understanding and knowledge on who is the course that witnessed the poscast , so the impact on behavior to prevent or minimize the occurrence of bias of gender on self - own, people of another and who is the course which was on about and the environment. Muhammad Nasir in the discussion were invited to the youth, men in particular to better appreciate the female, "let's respect women, women are also entitled to a decent place, now is not the longer the time the men limit the mobility of women". It was delivered because of the many gender bias that happens, women are people most affected by and experience it. Talking gender bias, it happens because of the absence of understanding that still favor a specific gender, so women are experiencing outages impact of that understanding. Following the impact of the presence of gender bias; 1. Subordination (subordinated women) Women are often considered to be weak and not able to do certain things, for example, decision making in the family, whether we realize it or not the decision was often decided by men, that is, a husband or a father in the house. 2. Stereotype (pelebelan) Talking gender bias, women often get pelebelan, for example, girls will be given the shirt is pink, while the son-a boy given the shirt color blue or red. Indirectly it has been considered that the girls are identical with the things muted or feminine, while men are the people that masculine. 3. Violence Often women become victims of sexual violence, because not a few who think that women are sexual objects sheer. 4. Load double (double burden) Domestic is the task of women, that's how the understanding of which is still embedded, so that women's economic lower class should bear a double burden when he choose to work to add income to the family finances. 5. Marginalization Marginalization by reason of gender still occurs in Indonesia, for example, women who work to increase the income of the family finances are often placed in the lower sector, for example employees of the plant, because it is women earn salaries that bit yet again when the women filed a leave of absence because the pregnant reason or another because of the biological. As for how that can be done to minimize and scrape the absence of bias and gender inequality is as follows; 1. Build self-awareness with the literature of gender equality. Consciousness can not be obtained easily, and certainly requires effort to get it, so the need for efforts to build awareness with reading, discussion, or follow the activity or activities of gender equality. 2. Stop doing stereotypes Labeling against a person it is not good, especially just based on assumptions or on things that can't be accounted for truth. 3. Realized and mark adannya gender bias. When there gender bias on women or men, we should be able to realize and mark that it is not supposed to happen and lasts a long time. 4. Change injustice. PODCAST KESETARAAN GENDER ; RELEVANSI TEORI DAN PRAKTEK KESETARAAN GENDER DI MASYARAKAT Kelompok 68 Kuliah Kerja Nyata Reguler Dari Rumah Ke-77 Universitas Islam Negeri Walisongo kkn77regulerdr68@gmail.com Mahasiswa KKN (Kuliah Kerja Nyata) Reguler Daring dari Rumah Ke-77 kelompok 68 UIN Walisongo Semarang melakukaan kegiatan poscast kesetaraan gender, dengan tema Relevansi Teori dan Praktik Kesetaraan Gender di Masyarakat, bersama narasumbernya yaitu Muhammad Nasir, ketua Forum Genre Kabupaten Demak, pada 5 November 2021 di kediaman narasumber. Kegiatan tersebut dilakukan dengan harapan mampu memberikan pemahaman dan pengetahuan pada siapa saja yang menyaksikan poscast tersebut, sehingga berdampak pada perilaku untuk mencegah atau meminimalisir terjadinya bias gender pada diri sendiri, orang lain dan siapa saja yang berada di sekitar dan lingkungannya. Muhammad Nasir dalam diskusi tersebut mengajak kepada para pemuda, laki-laki khususnya untuk lebih menghargai perempuan, "mari kita saling menghargai perempuan, perempuan juga berhak mendapatkan tempat yang layak, sekarang bukan lagi saatnya para lelaki membatasi ruang gerak perempuan". Hal tersebut disampaikan lantaran dari sekian banyak bias gender yang terjadi, perempuan adalah orang yang paling terdampak dan mengalaminya. Berbicara bias gender, hal tersebut terjadi karena adanya pemahaman yang yang masih mengunggulkan jenis kelamin tertentu, sehingga perempuan mengalami pemadaman dampak adanya pemahaman tersebut. Berikut dampak adanya bias gender; 1. Subordinasi (menomorduakan perempuan) Perempuan kerapkali dianggap lemah dan tidak mampu melakukan hal-hal tertentu, misalnya saja pengambilan keputusan dalam keluarga, disadari atau tidak keputusan itu kerapkali diputuskan oleh laki-laki, yaitu suami atau bapak yang ada di rumah tersebut. 2. Stereotype (pelebelan) Berbicara bias gender, perempuan kerap kali mendapatkan pelebelan, misalnya anak perempuan akan diberikan baju berwarna pink, sedangkan anak-anak laki-laki diberikan baju warna biru atau merah. Secara tidak langsung hal tersebut telah menganggap bahwa anak perempuan identik dengan hal-hal kalem atau feminim, sedangkan laki-laki adalah orang yang maskulin. 3. Kekerasan Kerapkali perempuan menjadi korban kekerasan seksual, lantaran tidak sedikit yang menganggap bahwa perempuan adalah objek seksual belaka. 4. Beban ganda (double burden) Domestik adalah tugas perempuan, begitulah pemahaman yang sampai sekarang masih tertanam, sehingga perempuan ekonomi kelas bawah harus menanggung beban ganda ketika ia memilih bekerja untuk menambah pemasukan keuangan keluarga. 5. Marjinalisasi Peminggiran dengan alasan jenis kelamin masih terjadi di Indonesia, misalnya perempuan yang bekerja untuk menambah pemasukan keuangan keluarga kerapkali ditempatkan di sektor rendah, misalnya pegawai pabrik, karena hal itu perempuan mendapatkan gaji yang sedikit belum lagi ketika perempuan mengajukan cuti lantaran hamil atau alasan lain karena biologis. Dikutip dari kumparan, kurun waktu selama 10 tahun (2010-2019), jumlah kekerasan terhadap perempuan sebanyak 2.775.042 kasus. Artinya 760 kasus per hari atau 31 kasus per jam. Sepanjang 2011-2020, tercatat kekerasan seksual di ranah privat dan komunitas 49.643 kasus, hal ini sangat memprihatikan seolah perempuan tidak memiliki ruang aman dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, banyak kecemasan dan kekhwatiran. Adapun cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk meminimalisir dan mengikis adanya bias serta ketidakadilan gender adalah sebagi berikut; 1) Membangun kesadaran diri dengan literatur kesetaraan gender. Kesadaran tidak dapat diperoleh dengan mudah, dan tentunya membutuhkan usaha untuk mendapatkannya, sehingga perlu adanya upaya untuk membangun kesadaran dengan membaca, mengikuti diskusi, atau mengikuti kegiatan atau aktivitas kesetaraan gender. 2) Berhenti melakukan stereotip Pelabelan terhadap seseorang itu tidaklah baik, apalagi hanya berdasarkan asumsi atau pada hal-hal yang tidak dapat dipertanggungjawabkan kebenarannya. 3) Menyadari dan menandai adannya bias gender. Ketika terjadi bias gender pada perempuan atau laki-laki, seharusnya kita mampu menyadari dan menandai bahwa hal tersebut tidak seharusnya terjadi dan berlangsung lama. 4) Merubah ketidakadilan. Ketidakadilan gender tidak boleh berlangsung terus menerus, perlu adanya pemberhentian dan pemangkaasan ketidakadilan tersebut, sehingga perempuan dan laki- laki dapat hidup dengan tenang seperti semestinya. Hal-hal tersebut dapat dilakukan untuk mengupayakan meminimalisir terjadinya bias gender pada perempuan. Kesadaran kesetaraan gender harus dipahami baik laki-laki ataupun perempuan, karena akan percuma ketika hanya perempuan yang memahami, sedangkan lagi masih di pemahaman yang sama.
