    1)what is VUCA? Explain the impact of VUCA on globalization by giving


    suitable examples.

    2)The whole world appears chaotic nowadays because of which the


    industry challenges are growing multi fold when it comes to launch of
    the New business venture, New product introduction, increasing the
    MS of existing products amidst intense competition or preventing the
    de-growth of existing products as well as new introductions.

    Friendly Tours &Travels Ltd is a tourist company which is having


    revenue of Rs 2000crs. They operate on 5% Net margins and are
    there in the tourist business for last 20 years. They wish to enter
    aviation sector (want to launch domestic low cost airlines ) and they are
    confident of getting investors since their share price is in the range of
    Rs 425-Rs 450.They could deal successfully with the Indian aviation
    ministry and the ministry has also granted them the required
    permissions & license.

    They have hired you as a corporate strategist. What will be your
