Part A:
Problem Statement: FabX is a major home appliance company in India. They are present
across all states. They are currently in the process of leveraging social media channels and
communication platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, etc.) for Pre and Post Sales
activities. Their communication will be using the topmost read languages in India. FabX
anticipates a huge amount of traffic from users on these channels in multiple languages. A
critical task is to automate the following processes and updating the data to their CRM
systems.
 Leads capture and categorization
 Capturing new orders
 Grievance redressal
 Addressing user queries (FAQ, nearest service center, etc.)

Expectation: You are a product expert who has interacted with the client and are now expected to
design a chatbot journey for their users. Using a flow chart you can create a journey that the end-
user will take. Indicate areas where APIs integration will be required.

The required outcome should include

 Assumptions
 Solution description in brief
 Flow chart
 Reporting & Analytics is the list of metrics that will be generated by the bot.

Part B:

Market research had been conducted according to the P-D-C-A (Deming circle) to learn about our
customer base and the problems arising with them, an excel sheet is being added to the link above
mentioned you can go through that and have an idea about the target audience. (If you wish you can
conduct a new market research)

2. What next ?

You need to achieve the following deliverables

1. Your project is related to the “Book My Mentor Category”. Please provide your feedback on the
same. Feedback about the UI/UX of the App. How it can be improved? You can share your ideas
and designs in the form of wireframe and mockups.
2. Do some research and find out at least one trending job-oriented skill other than the ones
displayed on the app. Please enlist the content of that particular skill set.
3. List all the stakeholders involved for ‘Book My Mentor’.
4. Develop WBS for ‘Book My Mentor’.
5. What are the risks associated with the ‘Book My Mentor’? List all the potential risks involved.
How will you manage those risks?

7. As in Lean management MVP (minimum viable product) is being deployed/ shared to a customer
for its feedback/insights etc., Use Javelin board in order to validate MVP.
In pretext of this, you need to deploy/share the product to the vision or active problem-facing
customer for its feedback. You can get reviews. It will help in the assessment of the market value of
a product.
Deploy the product and get reviews/ feedback/ insights from the ‘vision problem’ or ‘active
problem’ facing customer.

They will be your paying customer. Simply generating awareness will do the work for them. They
will be a mostly satisfied customer
