Management was, is, and always will be the same thing: “the art of getting things
done”? Do you agree? Why or why not?

I believe in the statement, Management was, is, and always will be the same
thing the art of getting things done. Management is absolutely the art of getting
things done if this management is talking about managing people. I believe that this
concept is right since, in today's modern corporate environment, conventional
management activities such as planning, organizing, leading, and controlling are still
frequently connected with it. Indeed, management is an art form that gets things
done by correctly employing resources such as people, materials, technology, and
procedures, by being able to adjust to changing conditions, and by setting rules that
offer direction and coordination. Most managers now understand the value of history
and theory in their job. For example, understanding the beginnings of their
organization and the kind of practices that have contributed to success or failure can
be a valuable asset in managing the modern company.

2. "Is there 'one best way' to manage an organization, or is it yet to be discovered?

Explain.

Yes, one best way to manage an organization or is it yet to be discovered is to

use the administrative management by Henri Fayol where in it focus on the whole
organization. Administration management has become a key component for any
successful organization, and it plays a critical part in ensuring that organizations run
efficiently. The process of managing information through people is known as
administrative management. This generally entails keeping and distributing
information to others within the organization. A wide range of company tasks need
some element of administrative management. This believed that each function
accurately reflect the core of the management process.
